Job Summary

If you need a reliable 15-to-20-hour weekly schedule that respects your life outside of work, this position offers total routine predictability. You will keep our store documentation accurate by managing daily transaction logs, filing invoices, and updating inventory records on-site. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Daily File Audits: Audit up to 150 daily retail transaction receipts using Excel to ensure cash register balances match system totals accurately.
• Invoice Processing: Log 40 incoming vendor invoices every week into Square POS and route paper copies to physical files within 24 hours.
• Inventory Reconciliation: Reconcile weekly stock variances across 5 main retail departments by comparing physical cycle counts against QuickBooks Desktop records.
• Archive Management: Organize 12 months of back-office physical sales archives into labeled bins following our standard 5S filing system protocol.
